No Guest Policy

Due to the limited space at our salon, we kindly ask you to come unaccompanied.

 

Patch Test

All new customers are required to come for a patch test and consultation. Patch test must be done at least 24-48 hours prior to the appointment.

 

Treating Minors

You must be at least 18 years old to have a treatment at our studio. If you are under 18, a written consent signed by your parents or carers is required.

 

Deposits 

To secure an appointment, a deposit (50% of your booking) will be required at the time of the reservation. You might be asked to pay in full if you previously have missed an appointment.

 

Cancellation and rescheduling

Please reschedule or cancel your booking at least 48 hours prior to your appointment.

Failure to notify us at least 48 hours prior to your appointment will result in a loss of your deposit. A no-show or late cancellation (less than 24 hours) will result in a charge of a full-service price. 

 

Arrivals

Please arrive 5 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. We reserve the right to cancel the appointment and retain the deposit if you are late more than 20 min.

 

Guarantee

We can guarantee the quality of products and services we perform at our salon. If you have any complaints regarding your treatment, please contact us within 7 days from your visit.
